The Communication Dynamics Lab is that space. It is AI-augmented, in-person communication training: real people practicing real conversations in a real room, led by a conservatory-trained facilitator, from interviews and pitches to feedback and the hard conversations that decide everything. AI does not run the room. It measures what used to be invisible, so practice turns into progress you can see. The result: you get better, much, much faster.

Every lab turns practice into measurable progress.
Most communication training ends when the room empties. Ours does not. Record a real two-person conversation and the CDL Listening Report gives each person an AI-augmented read of how the conversation actually went: how the airtime split, how many questions opened things up versus closed them down, how often each person reflected back what they heard, and how steadily they stayed present when it got hard. The counting is automated. The meaning-making stays human, reviewed with you by a member of the Lab team.
HONEST BY DESIGN
Every measure is labeled by how reliable it is. The airtime is an exact count. The question and reflection counts are careful reads with a margin. The 1 to 5 reads are coaching signals, not clinical scores. It is a read for growth, not a diagnosis.
